The Year 11 Lansdowne students have completed some impressive circuit training work in the school gymnasium. The course set up by Mr Lee has four different skill stations: balance, agility, gymnastic rolling and vaulting.
The class members have been working over the past few weeks at improving their time as they complete the course. Mr Lee and his staff having been helping each pupil with their own performance to find ways of improving their time.
The course has also been slightly altered as the students become more confident. A balancing beam was set up between the two climbing frames. A choice was given as to how the pupils wanted to cross this beam. Some very confident skills were on show as the Year 11 pupils used a rope to help them balance across the beam.
