The Lansdowne Choir showcased their skills at the start of a recent Singing and Signing assembly. I Can’t Get No Satisfaction and Van Halen’s Jump were both performed with plenty of enthusiasm.
Mr Jukes then invited some pupils to the front of the assembly to receive their Kindness awards. Some of the reasons for the awards included being good helpers, supporting friends and showing good manners. The Star of the Week certificates were also presented for each subject.
Class 10KW picked up the Class of the Week trophy. An amazing 100% of their ticks had been achieved throughout the past week. Mr Jukes concluded the assembly by thanking all students for showing respect to the students who are taking their exams.
