Year 10 Consider Parental Responsibilities in PSE

PSE learning in Year 10 has involved the students thinking how our parents can help us. We have looked at parental responsibilities throughout different ages from babies to teenagers.

A particular emphasis was placed on working together as a group and improving communication skills.

The pupils started by brainstorming ideas how parents can care for babies. A spider diagram was drawn to show this information. The task was repeated for five-year olds, and then teenagers.

Other class members have worked on visual representations of their families. They have started to piece together a family tree diagram that show how each member is related.

Year 10 were learning about parental responsibilities in PSE thinking about how parents are helping us and teaching us on how to be in a good behavior and show our elders some respect and the school too. They learned about parental responsibilities because they involved the students to learn about parental responsibilities and how to show our elders and parents some respect.

I think the lesson was good because it was such a nice, beautiful, respectful and amazing moment that they had with each other. I would love to be in that lesson because I need to show my brother some respect everyday. They can invite our parents to assembly and show them what they where learning about.
