Year 13 Maths Targets for the New School Year Ahead

The Year 13 students have returned after the summer break keen to carry on with their maths learning. Different targets have been set for the year ahead.

One of the students will be sitting the Functional Skills Level 1 exam. Other pupils are working on Entry Level 1 and 3 qualifications.

Our early lessons have seen the students recapping on their existing knowledge. Table work has included double digit addition, rounding four digit numbers to the nearest 10 or 100, and identifying number bonds.

We are hopeful that the current Year 13 students can match the excellent results from last year. We are very proud of the eight passes at Level 2.
