Class 9NM were once again the Star Class of the Week during a recent Singing and Signing assembly. Miss O’Leary congratulated the students on yet another highly successful week. She also reminded other year groups that it would be a welcome sight to see another class achieve so highly as Class 9NM week in, week out!
The Star Class trophy is awarded each week based on the number of ticks that each class member is awarded across every lesson. Five ticks are presented if the Lansdowne FRESH rules are observed:
F – follow instructions.
R – right place, right time.
E – everyone deserves respect.
S – speak politely.
H – hands and feet to your yourself.
Miss H then led the Lansdowne School Choir through three uplifting songs for a Friday morning. Somewhere over the Rainbow, Tomorrow and Three Little Birds were all sung with tremendous enthusiasm.
