End of term art sessions in Year 10 have involved the pupils catching up and completing the learning that they have been working on throughout the spring term. Our main theme has been self-portraits. The pupils have researched different contemporary artists, and then completed their own portraits in the style of these artists.
This artwork is being collated in a portfolio being produced by each pupil. This will serve as a creative resource when the pupils are taking various assessments in Year 11. Miss Jordan and her team have been helping each class member to understand the most appropriate materials to use to produce a specific effect.
