The old Lansdowne School building has now been demolished! The construction team have been working at a tremendous pace over the past few weeks to reduce our old school to a pile of rubble. All of the old building materials have been sorted ahead of being sent off the site to then be re-cycled.
Once the ground has been levelled then work will be able to start on installing the state of the art new playground at Lansdowne School. This will cover a huge foot print, enabling many new play and PE possibilities as we enter the spring term. This project remains on schedule to be complete by the start of the new year.
Although it is sad to see the old school being bulldozed, all staff and students are now settled into our amazing new Lansdowne School building. We would like to thank everyone for their patience during the past twelve months or so of change.
