Year 10 PE Trampolining Skills

Year 10 have been gaining confidence on the large school trampoline as part of our PE learning. PE teacher Mr Lee has been holding one-on-one skills sessions with each student.

These start with the pupils experimenting with a large mat sitting on the top of the trampoline. Me Lee bounces the trampoline and the pupils are asked to keep the rhythm whilst on all fours.

This routine is then built up so that the pupils can push themselves up to a standing position. We will be looking at different types of trampolines moves and jumps during future sessions.

This activity takes place with other workstations set up. Year 10 have been improving their boccia, indoor curling and table tennis skills.
