Class 7AL recently staged a school assembly to help celebrate two major events. The pupils passed on their enthusiasm for the Royal Wedding and the FA Cup Final.
The class members have been excited about both events. We decided that this would be a timely topic to share with our friends.
We spent our class tutorial time researching the information for our assembly. Each class member had a speaking part. Some very confident reading took place using the school PA system.
Our friends were able to hear about how the Royal couple met and what can be expected on their big day. Year 7 also explained the history of the FA Cup Final and how the competition is organised.
Some colourful props were used during the assembly. These have also been prepared during our tutorial time. Head of School Mr Jukes congratulated Class 7AL on a confident performance for their assembly.
