Selected Year 13 students had the opportunity to visit the Zabludowicz Collection and see the Artist Shana Moulton’s Exhibition on the themes of identity, feminism, ecological change, consumerism and search for spirituality.
This visit relates to the students’ individual projects in progress, in which the starting points are directly connected to the students personal interests.
In addition to this, the work supports students in becoming more familiar with living contemporary artists and mediums such as film and moving image installations.
Students also had the chance to visit another exhibition in the same site, 360: Florian Meisenberg. They experienced digital simulation wearing headsets. They used their hands to interact in the virtual reality with the challenge of creating a new unique shape from the virtual sphere given.
