The students are writing an evaluation and review of our art experience. We watched some of the short videos that we recorded at the gallery. We also looked through some photos and read the press release for the exhibition.
Each class member has produced a written report describing what they saw and what they enjoyed about the exhibition. A word bank was made available to help the students with their ideas. This included directions such as compare, analyse, interpret and evaluate.
Another group of learners have used the outline of a body to reflect on their experience of the trip. They have used body parts such as the heart to write about how they felt at the gallery, or the brain to describe what they thought of the artwork.
