Fun and Learning in Year 12 Drama Lessons

Plenty of fun drama activities have recently taken place in Year 12. This is a time for the students to come together and work on improving their confidence levels in a group setting.

Our drama lessons usually start with some circle time. Each week a new question is introduced. An example is: who is your favourite singer? Each class member was asked to explain their choices and describe why they liked a particular artist.

Other circle games are also played. The headband game is a Lansdowne favourite. Students are allowed to ask ten questions before making a guess about Who Am I to match the item.

Another favourite drama game is Twenty One. This involves some careful mathematical calculations as we move around the circle and try to eliminate a friend as we count up to 21.
