Christmas ginger biscuits were on the menu for Year 13 as one of their final food tech lessons of the term. This work started with the class members making the biscuits and closely following the recipe sheet.
All Year 13 students are expected to take responsibility for their own work. They collect and measure the ingredients required for each session.
Once the biscuits were baked it was then time to prepare the icing. This is where the fun started!
We use the piping bags to decorate the biscuits. Extra features were added with Smarties, marshmallows and hundreds and thousands.
Each class member was able to take home some delicious Christmas ginger biscuits to share with their family members.
