Cubism is the current art topic for the Year 8 pupils. We have looked in particular at the wonderful work of Pablo Picasso.
Our practical learning has involved creating a collage in the style of Picasso. This then lead to a game with our friends. We rolled the dice, and then matched this number up with a corresponding body part to draw. The idea was to create a portrait that involved elements of Cubism as used by Picasso.
