The Year 12 students are very happy to have the use of the Lansdowne School hall once again for our PE lessons. This means that we are able to continue and improve playing dodgeball.
It has been some time since we have been able to use this space because of Covid testing. Our first session back started with a recap of the dodgeball rules. We also spoke about safety and the importance of allowing everyone to take part in the game.
It didn’t take long for the Year 12 students to remember some of the possible tactics. Teamwork is an important skill in this game.
The second half of our PE lesson was spent outside enjoying the Landsdowne big bikes. Another brief safety chat followed. Teaching staff made sure that everyone felt confident and were all wearing protective helmets.
