Year 11 Show Trampolining Skills in PE Lessons

The Year 11 students have carried out some great PE work involving jumping and landing. We have used the school trampoline and the vaulting station to help improve our techniques.

Some of the students have demonstrated superb trampolining skills. A range of moves cover tuck jumps, star jumps, the pike, seat landings and half and full turns.

This learning involves great listening skills and following instructions. Some of the class members have been able to put together impressive trampolining routines. Safety is always a key issue.

The springboard and vaulting station has helped to improve the strength of each class member. We have increased the height of which we are able to jump onto the soft mats following our run up and approach.
